Blurt are delighted that Jayne has won the 2012 TalkTalk Digital Hero Award for the South-West.

The awards ceremony was held at the House of Commons on Wednesday 28th November which was an honour and also very exciting for Blurt’s Jayne and Dom.

Here’s what Blurt’s Jayne has to say:

” I am stunned that I have won this award, it means an awful lot. Especially since the last award I won was for ‘Mini Majorette of the Year’, aged 6! Being involved in Blurt has helped me use what I’d considered such a negative experience, in a positive way not only by being able to talk so openly about my depression but also in knowing that because of my experiences, we are helping others.

Thank you ever so much to all of you who voted, I still can’t quite believe I’ve won but I really am grateful for those of you who took the time to vote for me and for Blurt.”
